Control Your Shift: Fluid movement requires control over weight shifts. Explore exercises and concepts to help your fluid-ify your floorwork. All levels.

Wild Bones: Undomesticate your movement and range of expression in this all-levels, imaginative, non-stop, body-freeing session. Every class is unique. (3 unique sessions)

Flowbility - Breath and Range: Seventy-five minutes of joint nourishment and centering breath to expand your range of movement. Have a yoga mat, a firm booster seat (like a heavy folded blanket), yoga block or similar item, and a stick (like broom handle) or yoga strap (non-stretchy) available. All levels.

Floor Flow - The Floor is Your Apparatus: Explore the power of active and intentional contact points in floorwork. When you use the floor, you find access to greater control, spin, strength and slide. All levels.

Floor Flow Find the Wave Within: Explore spinally initiated floor movement. Learn to transform familiar patterns into something more serpentine and circular. All levels.

Sensual Stretch:
 A journey into the pleasure and liberation of breathy stretching. All levels. (2 unique sessions)

Floor Flow - Spiral and Sway:
 Spiral: winding in a continuous and gradually widening/tightening curve.
Sway: a rhythmic movement form side to side
An all levels exploration of patterns and concepts to bring spiral and sway into your floorwork.

Floor Flow - Rolls and Arches: Techniques to roll safely and oh-so-smoothly along with an assortment of arching transitions. Level: Please be skilled at basic front, back, and side shoulder rolls.
