Spinal Wave Skills and Games: 
When it comes to spinal rejuvenation, detailed, fully articulated spinal waves are as good as it gets. Plus, spinal waves are at the core of efficient, natural, and sensual movement. We’ll explore how to find more detail in your spinal waves. Then we will play with your newfound awareness.

Swirl Legs: An introduction to mesmerizing floor-based legwork. Learn watery leg waves and the basics of helicopter leg movements. This class can be done barefoot or in heels.

Sensual Awakening (Floor Flow) 
Tap into the breath, movement, touch, and pleasure connection. This class offers a subtle and patient approach to sensual floor movement.

Leg Lines and Leg Lifts: Interested in straighter legs and the ability to lift your leg waaaay up while dancing? In this class, we will practice ballet-derived exercises for leg and foot engagement and active range of motion exercises specifically for lifting your leg while dancing. This class will use the pole for support, but a door frame or chair can work.

Bridge-Based Floor Skills: Learn creative approaches to progressions for pivoting bridge entrances and exits. You don’t need to already have the skill to approach it artistically. Let’s explore how your bridge-skill practice can incorporate creativity, musicality, and flow—from the start.
